ClassGrade
A pattern for sovereign partner deployments.
ClassGrade is the framework under which partners deploy BlueberryML's adaptive learning technology on their own infrastructure, under their own brand, with full operational responsibility and full data control.
What ClassGrade Is
Not a product we sell to schools.
ClassGrade is the pattern. Each ClassGrade deployment is partner-led and partner-branded. BlueberryML licenses the framework code, continues to develop it, and provides technical support. The partner owns the schools relationships, the operational delivery, and the data.
“ClassGrade” is the internal name for the deployment pattern, not necessarily what the partner's end-customers see. The flagship deployment runs under the brand Chrysalis, operated by EZ Vidya in India.
What the Partner Brings
Distribution, infrastructure, capital, localisation.
A ClassGrade partner brings real operational substance to the market they serve. Schools distribution and the relationships to build it. The infrastructure to run the deployment — their own cloud account, their own compute, their own databases. Capital to commit to a multi-year build. The capacity to localise the framework to a curriculum, a language, and a regulatory jurisdiction.
Partners who do not bring these things are not the right fit for ClassGrade. The framework is not a turnkey product BlueberryML operates on a partner's behalf.
What BlueberryML Provides
The framework, the code, ongoing development.
BlueberryML provides the framework code as deployable artifacts — Docker images, configuration, deployment material pushed from BlueberryML's private repositories to the partner's infrastructure. We continue to develop the framework: the dimensional system, the assessment intelligence, the adaptive logic, the voice and exam-grading pipelines. Improvements ship to partners on scheduled cadences.
We also provide technical support: deployment guidance, integration help, framework updates, and an open line for the partner's engineering team. The framework speaks for itself; the relationship is technical and substantive.
For deployment features and capability examples, see classgrade.ai.
Data Architecture
The partner is the data controller and the data processor.
BlueberryML is not in the data path. Student data, audio, transcripts, exam images, and assessment signals stay on the partner's infrastructure. The framework code runs locally, processes data locally, and never phones home. The partner is the controller and the processor under their jurisdiction's law.
The arrangement is technology licensing, not data processing. No DPA is needed between the partner and BlueberryML because BlueberryML does not process partner data. Each deployment is jurisdictionally self-contained.
Commercial Model
Per-student licensing.
Partners pay per-student licensing fees, scaled by deployment size and feature usage. The licensing fee reflects BlueberryML's continued framework development, technical support, and the operational work of maintaining a system at this level of mathematical rigour.
Specific terms are partner-by-partner and reflect the partner's market, scale, feature footprint, and ongoing engineering requirements.
Posture
Selective. Inbound. No sales motion.
BlueberryML does not run a sales pipeline for ClassGrade. There is no business development team, no partner outreach, no prospecting. Partners who find their way to the framework through reputation, network, or technical work get serious consideration; the company does not hunt for them.
This page exists so that the right partners can understand what the pattern is. If you represent a serious operator with distribution, infrastructure, capital, and localisation capacity, we will respond directly.
