BlueberryML's framework reaches learners through two channels: partner-led deployments under the ClassGrade pattern, and direct-to-consumer products operated by BlueberryML. Each deployment runs the same dimensional coordinate system, the same adaptive engine, the same assessment intelligence.

Flagship Deployment

Chrysalis — India.

BlueberryML's adaptive learning technology powers Chrysalis, deployed across 300,000+ students and 1,000+ schools in India through our distribution partner EZ Vidya. Chrysalis is the flagship realisation of the ClassGrade pattern: EZ Vidya owns the brand, the schools relationships, the operational responsibility, and the data. BlueberryML licenses the framework, continues to develop it, and provides technical support.

Chrysalis is BlueberryML's exclusive K-12 partner in India under a contractual exclusivity agreement. The partnership is technically active: BlueberryML and EZ Vidya are co-developing Score — Chrysalis's structured-assessment product, which folds the framework's coordinate system into question generation, grading, and item analysis — and have a shared ambition to develop a sovereign voice model for the Indian education market, owned by EZ Vidya and operated under the Chrysalis brand. India K-12 is closed; the rest of the world remains open.

Direct-to-Consumer Deployment

Outloud English — global.

Outloud English is the first direct-to-consumer deployment of the BlueberryML framework. It applies the same adaptive coordinate system, the same voice and assessment pipelines, and the same dimensional intelligence that powers the institutional deployment — packaged as a premium consumer product for English learners worldwide. Operated directly by BlueberryML, Outloud reaches families wherever they are, on whatever device they use, in the language they already speak.

Outloud English is the first realisation of BlueberryML's ambitions in the CEFR international space — the Council of Europe's six-level framework, adopted by language assessment bodies in over forty countries. The consumer surface is operated directly by BlueberryML today; future extensions are likely to include direct deployments to international school networks, consumer expansion into new markets, and licensed partnerships with operators in specific territories. Beyond English, BlueberryML's coordinate system extends to maths and science — calibrated against TIMSS and NGSS respectively — and future partnerships are likely to explore these subjects with operators whose distribution, infrastructure, and localisation capacity matches the ambition. BlueberryML does not actively prospect for partners. Each partnership is a long, technically serious relationship, and the partners worth working with bring real operational substance — distribution, infrastructure, capital, localisation capacity, brand. Inbound enquiries from serious operators get serious consideration.
